Privacy Notice
L&K Solutions LLC uses ordinary business contact and sourcing information to research submitted requirements, evaluate possible supply paths, communicate with requesters and conduct legitimate related business. We do not use RFQ information for unrelated marketing.
The request form asks for your company, contact name, business email, optional phone, manufacturer, exact part/model number, optional revision/HECI/additional identifier, quantity, acceptable condition, required-by date, ship-to city/state or postal code, and optional specifications or notes. It does not accept attachments or payments.
Netlify provides website hosting and processes and stores form submissions. Access is limited to authorized L&K personnel and service providers necessary to provide hosting and form services. Current operation uses the form dashboard only, without email notifications or autoresponders. Any later notification arrangement requires separate review.
The L&K owner or authorized operations personnel are responsible for inquiry retention. An inquiry is inactive when there is no active sourcing, quote, buyer communication, transaction, contractual or accounting requirement, or other legitimate ongoing business purpose. Our operational target is to delete inactive inquiries from the form provider within 90 days. Records relating to quotes, transactions, contracts, accounting, legal requirements or ongoing business may be retained separately as appropriate. This target is not a promise of automatic provider deletion, immediate backup erasure or a specific provider retention period. Provider systems and backups may have different retention and deletion processes.
To request deletion or ask a privacy question, contact contracts@lksolutionssupply.com. We will review the request and any legitimate business or legal recordkeeping considerations before responding. Do not send sensitive information with your request.
The site does not add analytics, advertising trackers or application cookies. Hosting-provider processing is subject to the provider's applicable terms and practices. No payment processing is offered.
